Grade 10 Cubifies Their Faces
As part of their unit on Cubism, and as a way to develop their painting skills, Grade 10 is creating Cubist Self-portraits in acrylic paint. They have also been playing around with Photoshop; creating digital collages of their faces from selfies they have taken in Photo Booth or with their camera phones. Part of the challenge of this assignment is mixing their own paint and developing a colour palette for their piece. As you can see, our artists are not afraid to use colour!
