Recycling, painting, peeling glue skin
When the Art Room is a jumble of recyclable materials, torn paper, and puddles of glue (and I’m covered in splotches of paint), you know that the Grade 7 mask project is underway. Our artists have been working their imaginations hard, coming up with wild and exciting characters as subjects for their masks. We’ve got a Soulcatcher who stores the souls he devours in his nose, an untameable Beastox, a devastating luchador, a whale king, and much, much more.
Then there’s that peeling of glue skin that’s so irresistible…
